OSCAR GARCIA DA ROSA


 


         Nasceu em Artigas, Uruguai em 1954. Estudou Pintura, Desenho e Artes Gráficas no Brasil com os artistas Katie Van Sherpemberg, Luiz Aquila, Israel Pedrosa e Ana Maria Maiolino. Realizou cursos livres na Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage, Rio de Janeiro.


 


Em 1982, forma o “GRUPO EXPERIMENTAL NEART”, com artistas brasileiros e argentinos, na cidade de Petrópolis (Rio de Janeiro), realizando diversas exposições coletivas.


 


Depois de formado, em 1983, fixou residência na Venezuela, onde continuou desenvolvendo seu trabalho artístico e realizando diversas exposições.


 


Atualmente encontra-se no Brasil, onde desenvolve exposições, oficinas, palestras e trabalhos de Responsabilidade Social, na área de Artes Plásticas.

Shipments from Argentina, Colombia or Cuba need of a special authorization for the exportation of artworks, so it is important to have this into account when calculating the delivery date.


Bear in mind we are dealing with works of art, so they may be in an exhibition (actually, this is awesome!). Those artworks which are in an exhibition are usually displayed as “non-available”. In case the artwork has been put up for sale, take into account the artist would have to manage with the organization of the exhibition the return of the artwork in order to be able to realize the shipment.
